We organized a workshop in Berlin, participated to a Bread fair in Stuttgart Südback2019.

Japanese Tea Promotion at UNIQLO Flag shop in Berlin 

As part of the Thanks Festivities held at UNIQLO Shop Berlin last May 28, we were in charge of a Japanese tea presentation and offered tea tastings to hundreds of people.

Did you know that green tea has many benefits?　

More than 400 proven health benefits have been cited for green tea.

One of the most commonly mentioned is that its antioxidant properties inhibit inflammation in the body parts, which is expected to have an anti-aging effect and is good for beauty. Of course, this is valid if the drink is taken according to traditional methods and does not contain sugar or other ingredients.

In this meaning, incorporating green tea as a daily drink is a very well-designed beverage that allows the body to efficiently harvest the good ingredients. It is also believed to be effective in preventing cancer.

去る５月２８日、ユニクロ ショップベルリン店で開催した感謝祭フェスティヴァルの催しの一環で、弊社は日本茶のプレゼンテーションを担当し、数百人の方々にお茶の試飲を提供しました。

緑茶には効能がたくさんあることをご存知ですか？

緑茶には400以上の健康効果の実証が挙げられています。

その中でも一般的によく取り上げられるのは、抗酸化作用の効能には体部の炎症を抑制することから、アンチエイジング効果が期待され美容に良いという事。もちろん伝統に沿った飲み方に沿って、砂糖などを含めないで飲んだ場合に限ります。

そういう意味でも、日々の飲み物として緑茶を取り入れることは、良い成分を体に効率的に採取するために、とてもよくできた飲料なのです。またガン予防の効果も期待できるとされています。

Live- Streaming Program ''baking sweets with Gluten-Free japanese Rice flour''

At the end of January, a live-streaming demonstration of a recipe made with Japanese rice flour was held.

The program was very interesting and included a question-and-answer session with the participants using a zoom device.

The lecturer, Mr. Voh, who runs a gluten-free bakery in Berlin, gave a demonstration.

He presented his recipes within a 70-minute time frame. The baguettes, cookies, and matcha rolls tasted so much better than anything I could have imagined, much better than anything made with wheat!

This project was conducted at the request of JFOODO, a private organization that provides pre-lotion of Japanese food ingredients.

去る1月末、日本の米粉で作るレシピの実演会をライブストリーミングで配信 を実施ました。

ZOOMで配信を行い、参加された方々との質疑応答にも対応し、とても興味深いプログラムになりました。

講師はベルリンでグルテンフリー専門のパン屋を経営するヴォー氏が実演を披露。

70分ほどの時間内でレシピを披露。バゲット、クッキー、そして抹茶ロールケーキは想像以上に、小麦で作ったものよりもはるかにとても美味しかったです！

この事業はJFOODOという日本食材のプローションを行う民間団体の依頼によって実施しました。

In the ending sequence, the main character escapes to Tokyo.
We managed the location scouting and permit applications in Tokyo for that last scene, as well as all aspects of the film crew's travel to Tokyo.

そのラストシーンに関わる東京でのロケーションスカウトや許可申請、クルーの渡航に関する全般を担当しました。

The JFOODO ( Japan Food Product Overseas Promotion Center )  collaborated with a most successful Gluten-Free Bakery in the City, we had test baking Sourbread with japanese rice flour.

ニュルブルクリンク24時間レースで鍛えられた レースと平行して開発されたコンプリートモデル、86GRMN。 2014年、TOYOTA GAZOO Racingの ドライバーとして、ニュルブルクリンク24時間レースで クラス優勝を果たした影山正彦選手。 ニュルを、そして86を知り尽くした影山選手に、 かの地ニュルブクリンクを舞台に 86GRMNのドライヴィングフィールを語ってもらった。

The 86GRMN, a complete model developed in parallel with racing, has been trained at the Nürburgring 24 hour race. In 2014, Masahiko Kageyama, a driver for TOYOTA GAZOO Racing, won his class at the Nürburgring 24 hour race. We asked Kageyama, who knows the Nurburgring and the 86 inside and out, to describe the driving feel of the 86GRMN on the Nurburgring.

世界的な舞台で活躍される藤田 誠氏がアートディレクターを担当。
繊細で高級感にあるれる現場でした。

The red car, which captures elegance in form and shines with Mazda's unique paint technology that reproduces the hand-painting process by master craftsmen, radiates a murky depth and luster, and is the main character of the film.
Makoto Fujita, who is renowned on the international stage, was in charge of the art direction.
The project was a delicate and luxurious one.

映画美術デザイナー、セバスチャン　ソウクープがミヒャエル　フフス　ギャラリーのスペースのデザインを担当。その空間のコンセプトとのコラボレーションで、パフォーミングアートの実験的な映像作品をmanographは制作しました。

Film art designer Sebastian Soukoup designed the space for the Michael Fuchs Gallery in Berlin. In collaboration with the concept of the space, manograph created an experimental video work of performing art.
